Like running, this exercise burns fat on all or almost all parts of the body. You don’t have to worry about doing other exercises with it because it is a complete workout in itself.


The best exercise you can do is the squat. It’s probably one of the oldest exercises, but it’s certainly one of the best when it comes to Weight loss for men and women in the abdominal area. I’m sure you know how to do squats. All you have to do is at least 45 squats every day, and you have found your abdominal muscle exercise regimen.
